Sonoran Property is a privately held developer and long-term owner of commercial, retail and residential real estate across the South West of Western Australia. We acquire and develop selectively, assessing each opportunity on the enduring fundamentals of land, location and use.
Our model is deliberately direct. The company is owner-managed, every project is backed by our own capital, and our relationships with landowners, builders and tenants are founded on transparency, consistency and disciplined delivery.
We are not a syndicator and we are not a short-term trader. As developers and long-term owners, we are invested in the lasting performance and quality of every asset we bring to market.

Sonoran partners with landowners to unlock that potential through a structured joint venture approach. We provide the capital, development expertise, project management and delivery capability required to take a project from concept through to completion.
Our team manages every stage of the development process, including feasibility analysis, planning approvals, consultant coordination, construction management, leasing and sales. The landowner contributes the site, and both parties share in the value created through an agreed profit-sharing structure.
Unlike a traditional sale, a joint venture allows landowners to retain an interest in the development and participate in the value created throughout the project lifecycle. Throughout the process, landowners remain informed and involved while Sonoran assumes responsibility for funding, coordination and delivery.
